HAYWARD, CA – 13 June 2019 – Paragon Genomics announced the availability of its CleanPlex® products for use with MGI sequencing platforms, marking the first release under the companies’ global partnership.
The agreement enables MGI to distribute CleanPlex NGS panels optimised for its sequencing systems worldwide, excluding the United States. The products were launched at the European Society of Human Genetics (ESHG) 2019 meeting.
CleanPlex technology supports highly multiplexed, amplicon-based target enrichment, enabling accurate and efficient genomic profiling from challenging samples. The launch expands the availability of validated assays compatible with MGI sequencing workflows.
