MGIEasy Universal DNA Library Prep Set
The MGIEasy Universal DNA Library Prep Set is designed for creating WGS libraries on MGI high-throughput sequencing platforms. Optimized for 0.5–50 ng of fragmented DNA, it converts diverse DNA samples into customized sequencing libraries. Incorporating improved adapter ligation technology and high-fidelity PCR enzymes, the kit achieves higher library yield and conversion rates, ensuring reliable results across applications.
This versatile kit is compatible with DNA from a wide range of species, including humans, mice, rice, Arabidopsis, yeast, E. coli, as well as fungi, bacteria, and metagenomic samples, making it ideal for research across multiple fields.
