Under the partnership, MGI and Dante Labs will establish a joint demo lab and customer experience centre in the Middle East. This facility will give local researchers and users direct access to MGI’s cutting-edge technology portfolio, including single-cell and spatial omics, DNBSEQ platforms, laboratory automation systems, and bioinformatics products.
The collaboration will focus on the creation of the customer experience centre. Additionally, leveraging MGI’s advanced sequencing technologies, the alliance plans to develop and validate whole genome and whole exome sequencing using the DNBSEQ-T7* platform, ensuring the highest standards in genomic analysis. A regional network of sample collection centres, equipped with MGI’s automation and reagents, will further expand Dante Labs’ service availability and coverage.
