SINGAPORE, Singapore, 7 June 2022 – MiRXES, a Singapore-based biotechnology company focused on early, actionable, and personalized diagnoses, announced a strategic partnership with MGI, a leading developer of high-throughput sequencing, to advance spatio-temporal transcriptomics and multi-omics research in human development and disease.
The collaboration will integrate MiRXES’s RNA translational research and molecular diagnostics capabilities with MGI’s DNBSEQ-T10×4RS* sequencing system, creating an ultra-high-throughput, high-resolution spatial genomics platform in Singapore. Housed in MiRXES’s purpose-built multi-omics laboratory at Biopolis, it will be the first facility of its kind in the Asia-Pacific region outside China. The platform will enable collaborations with academic and clinical institutions globally and provide researchers with access to cutting-edge capabilities for biomarker discovery, disease pathway analysis, and targeted drug development.
