AgriHigh Low-Pass Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) Package
The AgriHigh Low-Pass WGS Package, powered by DNBSEQ™ technology, is designed for agricultural breeding applications. Utilizing the T7 platform, it can generate 1–7 Tb of high-quality data per day, enabling rapid insights into molecular breeding. For example, sequencing 1,536 pigs at ~1.5× WGS can be completed in 22–24 hours.
This package offers an efficient, comprehensive solution for low-pass WGS with average coverage of 0.5×–2×, providing flexibility, scalability and adaptability to meet diverse operational demands. It is recommended for livestock and poultry molecular breeding, helping breeders accelerate genetic selection and analysis while reducing time and cost.
