Fluorometer 8 (DNA & RNA)
The Fluorometer 8 (DNA & RNA) is an 8-channel fluorescence-based quantification device with dual-excitation light sources, designed for accurate measurement of DNA, RNA, and proteins. Requiring only 1–20 μL of sample per channel, it delivers highly sensitive concentration measurements with minimal sample consumption. Its 8-channel parallel detection design significantly increases throughput while maintaining low sample usage per measurement. Typical applications include DNA quantification for NGS library construction, RNA quantification, and nucleic acid concentration determination in PCR workflows.
Equipped with a high-sensitivity silicon photomultiplier tube detector (SiPMT), the Fluorometer 8 (DNA & RNA) provides excellent sensitivity with minimal cross-interference. The system supports a wide range of fluorescent assays, offering flexibility to use compatible reagents without proprietary kit restrictions.
