Fluorometer 8 (DNA)

The Fluorometer 8 (DNA) is a fluorescence-based quantification device with 8-channel parallel detection and blue-light excitation, designed for accurate measurement of DNA, microRNA, and selected proteins. Requiring only 1–20 μL of sample per channel, it delivers highly sensitive concentration measurements while minimising sample consumption. Its parallel detection design significantly improves throughput without increasing sample input. Typical applications include DNA quantification for NGS library construction.

Equipped with a high-sensitivity silicon photomultiplier tube detector (SiPMT), the Fluorometer 8 (DNA) provides excellent sensitivity with minimal cross-interference between channels. The system supports a wide range of fluorescent assays, allowing users to work with their preferred reagents rather than proprietary kits.
