Fluorometer 96
The 96-Channel Fluorometer is a high-throughput fluorescence quantification device designed for reliable measurement of low-concentration nucleic acids and proteins. It processes 96 samples in a single run, completing an entire plate in just 55 seconds. Equipped with a high-sensitivity silicon photomultiplier tube detector (SiPMT), the system delivers exceptional sensitivity for trace amounts of dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA, and proteins with minimal cross-interference.
The device supports flexible operation via standalone control, PC software, or integration with a workstation host computer for unified management. It also enables automatic plate loading and unloading and can be integrated with robotic systems for fully automated workflows, making it well suited for high-throughput library preparation environments. In addition, the system is not restricted to proprietary kits, allowing users to select compatible reagents based on their workflow needs.

Applications
NGS Workflows
Primarily used for whole-genome sequencing and NGS whole-genome library preparation, enabling accurate quantification and quality assessment of sequencing libraries.
Nucleic Acid Amplification
Suitable for quantification of end-point PCR amplification products, quantification of cDNA after RT-PCR, and precise template quantification before real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR).
Cell & Genetic Engineering
Can be used for transfection efficiency assessment (e.g., detection of marker gene expression), DNA/RNA quantification after gene editing such as CRISPR, and nucleic acid sample quality control before cell transfection.
Protein Analysis
