Based on CycloneSEQ nanopore technology and paired with the ATOPlex library kit and automated sample handling, it enables precise subtyping, superinfection analysis, quasispecies identification, and structural variation detection, covering the entire nearly 9.8 kb genome without assembly errors for accurate research and clinical insights.
