MGIEasy Environmental DNA Extraction Kit
The MGIEasy Plant Genomic DNA Extraction Kit enables rapid and reliable isolation of high-quality genomic DNA from plant leaves and seeds. Using a high-salt lysis method combined with superparamagnetic nanobead technology, the kit effectively removes impurities to deliver DNA with high yield, purity and integrity. Suitable for plants rich in polysaccharides and polyphenols, the extracted DNA is ready for downstream applications including PCR, qPCR and sequencing. Compatible with MGISP-960 and MGISP-NE384 platforms, it also supports efficient high-throughput automated workflows.
