Located in Biopolis, Singapore’s leading biomedical R&D hub, the Customer Experience Center (CEC) is designed as an innovative platform where researchers and partners work directly with MGI experts to explore the full capabilities of our sequencing platforms and multi-omics solutions. As MGI’s first CEC in Southeast Asia, this state-of-the-art facility empowers the Asia-Pacific scientific community with localized support, early access to upcoming product prototypes, and hands-on access to advanced technologies.

A Practical, Hands-On Environment
The Singapore CEC spans approximately 200 m² and is built for applied learning, accelerating scientific breakthroughs across the Asia-Pacific region. The center houses four core laboratories equipped to support advanced research programs: STOmics Lab, Sequencing Lab, Sample Preparation Lab, Single-Cell Lab.
You’ll gain direct experience with our technologies, understand how to integrate them into your workflows, and stay aligned with current best practices in sequencing and spatial multi-omics. Our facility also showcases prototypes of upcoming MGI products, enabling partners to gain early access and co-develop new applications. We welcome researchers, healthcare institutions, and industry professionals to experience the CEC first-hand.
