DNBSEQ-T7+ Reagent Set

Sequencing Chemistry & Workflow
This sequencing set utilizes combinatorial probe anchor sequencing (cPAS) chemistry. A sequencing run starts with the hybridization of a DNA anchor, then a fluorescent probe is attached to the DNA Nanoball (DNB) using cPAS chemistry. The high-resolution imaging system captures the fluorescent signal, and after digital processing of the optical signal, the sequencer generates high-quality, high-accuracy sequencing information. Featuring a modular design for automatic mixing and multi-application auto-ID. For research use only; not for diagnostic procedures.
