The T7+ features quad-flow cell sequencing, modular reagent cartridges, and a 7-in-1 intelligent workflow covering DNB preparation and loading, sequencing, pure water and waste management, FASTQ generation, bioinformatics analysis, and integrated data compression software. With its TDI camera, ultra-high-density flow cells, ergonomic design, Omni-Smart Hub, and ZARC lossless data compression (up to 5×), the T7+ delivers speed, precision, efficiency, and intelligent automation to accelerate even the most data-intensive projects.

DNBSEQ-T7+ Reagent Set
| Sequencing Chemistry & Workflow This sequencing set utilizes combinatorial probe anchor sequencing (cPAS) chemistry. A sequencing run starts with the hybridization of a DNA anchor, then a fluorescent probe is attached to the DNA Nanoball (DNB) using cPAS chemistry. The high-resolution imaging system captures the fluorescent signal, and after digital processing of the optical signal, the sequencer generates high-quality, high-accuracy sequencing information. Featuring a modular design for automatic mixing and multi-application auto-ID. For research use only; not for diagnostic procedures. |
