The CycloneSEQ G400-ER Sequencing Kits offer a complete solution for nanopore DNA sequencing on the G400-ER Nanopore Genetic Sequencer. Each kit includes the G400-ER Sequencing Flow Cell, Sequencing Kit, and Flow Cell Wash Kit, providing high-quality results while allowing flow cell reuse.

• The CycloneSEQ G400-ER Sequencing Flow Cell is designed for nucleic acid sequencing and features a microfluidic chip for sample processing, a BioMEMS nanopore array, an ASIC for signal acquisition and control, and a PCB with surface-mount components.
• The CycloneSEQ G400-ER Sequencing Kit works with the G400-ER Sequencer to read libraries prepared with the CycloneSEQ Universal Library Prep Kit or the 24 Barcode Library Prep Kit. The “1 T” specification indicates that it is for single-use loading.
• The CycloneSEQ G400-ER Flow Cell Wash Kit allows efficient washing and storage of loaded flow cells, removing previous libraries, restoring available pores, and enabling multiple sequencing runs.
