DNBSEQ-G400 High-throughput Sequencing Set leverages DNBSEQ™ technology for high-accuracy DNA and RNA sequencing. Each run begins with DNA anchor hybridization, followed by fluorescent probe attachment to DNA Nanoballs (DNBs) via combinatorial probe anchor sequencing (cPAS). High-resolution imaging captures the fluorescent signals, which are digitally processed to generate precise sequencing data. Using StandardMPS 2.0 reagents, the DNBSEQ-G400 delivers enhanced sequencing quality for FCL SE50–FCL PE150 libraries, achieving Q40 accuracy.
