The DNBSEQ-T7+RS High-Throughput Sequencing Reagent Set leverages combinatorial probe anchor sequencing (cPAS) chemistry for precise and high-quality DNA sequencing. Each run begins with hybridization of a DNA anchor, followed by attachment of a fluorescent probe to the DNA Nanoball (DNB). A high-resolution imaging system captures the fluorescent signals, which are then digitally processed to generate accurate sequencing data. The set features a modular design with automated mixing and multi-application auto-ID for seamless operation.
