The DNBelab C4 is a compact single-cell laboratory that fits in a pocket, measuring 230 mm × 42 mm × 57 mm and weighing only 220 grams. Operating without an external power supply and driven by negative pressure, it enables one-step single-cell sorting with barcoding. The device integrates automation to simplify workflows and lower the barrier to single-cell research.
Designed for both DNBSEQ-T7 and DNBSEQ-G400 sequencers, the C4 can capture up to 12,000 cells per run with a low doublet rate of 1–8% and high gene detection sensitivity. Paired with DNBSEQ-T7, throughput reaches tens of samples per day, achieving 100,000-level cells, making it a revolutionary tool in single-cell research.
