DNBs can be generated directly from dsDNA libraries, eliminating the circularization step after library preparation and reducing overall preparation time.

Lower Input Requirements

The one-step OS-SB and OS-DB models require less dsDNA input than conventional circularization methods (except T7), providing an effective solution for samples with limited input.
